This Privacy Policy applies to Cadvil’s Software-as-a-Service offered via the Cadvil SPOT Employee Engagement Application including the SPOT mobile application (“SPOT Application” or “Application”), and all SPOT websites (collectively, the “Websites”), as well as other online interactions that you may have with Cadvil including live chat, customer support inquiries, webinars, events, etc. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, or with the Terms of Use, do not access or use the SPOT Application, SPOT Websites, or any other elements of Cadvils’ business.


Information submitted on the Cadvil & Cadvil SPOT Website for the purposes of inquiring about Cadvil services, or subscribing to receive email updates will be held indefinitely. You may request deletion of your data from Cadvils’ marketing databases by contacting support@cadvilspot.com.


Cadvil SPOT does not have any direct or indirect relationship with the individuals personal data that is processed by the software or that is stored in the database.

If you are an Employee of one of the Clients that use Cadvil SPOT as its Cloud based Employee engagement Software provider, and if you would no longer like to be involved with the Client, then contact the Client directly regarding this concern.

Any individual that wants access to the data (whether to amend / correct or delete any set of data) must contact the Client directly. The Client can update or remove data without Cadvil involvement. If the Client requests Cadvil to remove any data, we will respond to the request within 07 working days.

Cadvil SPOT will retain Personal Information for all employees of a Client for as long as the Client is Active. When a Client deactivates their services with Cadvil SPOT, we will retain their information for a specific time frame as necessary to comply with our legal requirements.
